KYC Policy

Know Your Customer checks protect your account, your money and our community. This page explains when we verify players, which documents we ask for and how long the process takes.

When We Verify

You can register and deposit straight away. We complete identity verification before your first withdrawal, and we may also ask for documents later, for example when account details change or a payout needs an extra check.

Documents We Ask For

• Photo ID: a valid passport, driving licence or national ID card showing your name, photo and date of birth.
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and home address.
• Additional documents: in some cases we may request proof that a payment method belongs to you.

Photos should be clear and show all four corners of the document.

How Long It Takes

We usually complete verification within 24 hours of receiving clear documents. Sending them in your first week means your first withdrawal does not wait for checks.

Age Checks

Only adults aged 18 or over may play. Verification confirms your age, and accounts that cannot pass this check are closed.
